There were truly some amazing wines, delicious food by Wellington Market (including blueberry pizza!), Amical (whitefish dip, Mediterranean rice salad), Trattoria Stella (heirloom tomato or aspargus/spinach bruschetta), and Red Ginger (sushi rolls). Thanks to Matt Sutherland, the wineries, distributors, restaurants, and to the National Cherry Festival for the nice space. Our time there was fun and relaxing. Maybe too relaxing!

As a lifelong fitness enthusiast and devotee of nutritional science, I created this delicious smoothie for post workout replenishment.
My kids have no idea how healthy it is, they love the way it tastes. The tea and cinnamon give it a really exotic flavor.

Shetler Family Dairy is tweaking their yogurt smoothies to include a new fruit puree formulated by Food for Thought that uses fruit grown naturally by local farmers. Very cool!
