The Best Books about Food and Drink

I was just wondering if any of the other Upnorthfoodies would be interested in reading or writing reviews of favorite, classic, quirky, amazing writings about food/drink. New publications always (understandably) get the spotlight, while little-known or out-of-date gems remain hidden from most folks. I would like to shed some light on these wonderful voices from the past. Please let me know what you think.
