di Bufala Farms is one of only two producers in the United States of real, fresh, water buffalo mozzarella. Located in Fremont, Michigan we house a herd of over 200 animals in a state of the art farm and milking facility constructed in 2007. We utilize the Starting Block Kitchen Incubator in nearby Hart, MI for cheese production.
